Responsibilities
負責主導廠房裝修、設備採購與調試安排，把控進度、品質與安全，確保按計劃順利量產;建立廠房品管體系與檢驗標準，優化品控流程，以滿足內銷客戶的品質需求;協調兩地團隊，打通由本港接單/設計到中山投產及交付產品的跨境一體化流程;協助制訂內地市場策略，開拓市場份額，並提升新工廠的銷量
Requirements
Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate); 5 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fluent Putonghua ; Fluent English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; 具廠房/品質/項目管理經驗(如建廠、設備調試或內地工廠品管體系搭建);熟悉內地廠房運作、勞工法規及消防等
Employment Terms
$40,000 - $50,000 per month(Depends on experience), with Medical Insurance (具跨文化溝通與團隊領導技巧), Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-6:00PM, 5 working days per week, 8 working hours per day(需來往中港兩地工作), (負責內地廠房的日常管理，並定期向本港管理層匯報)
