Surface Mount Technology (SMT) Technician

SMT program creation, machine setup, product changeover, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance; Manage solder paste, stencil and reflow profile; handle AOI defects, improve SMT yield and follow up quality issues; Support NPI new product trial run and prepare work instruction; Production scheduling, manpower allocation, daily briefing, control production output, yield and delivery

Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate); 3 years of experience required; Fair Cantonese ; Fluent Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; 具3年或以上SMT調機或管理經驗, 可獨立完成換線、處理貼片不良等特殊情況; 具操作貼片機經驗優先

$17,500 - $25,500 per month, with Good Attendance Bonus $1000 per month, Study Allowance, Promotion Opportunity, Meal provided, 崗位補貼, 工齡獎, Mon to Sat: 9:00AM-6:00PM, 6 working days per week, 8 working hours per day, 間中需要超時工作, 午膳時間:下午1時-下午2時
