My SaaS platform is already attracting interest, but free users are not converting fast enough. The single, measurable objective is to turn more of those trials into paid subscribers. To do this, I want a focused campaign built around WhatsApp marketing combined with an irresistible, well-structured sales pitch.

Target audience
• Small business owners—typically time-poor, budget-conscious, and needing simple, instant value. Every message, creative, and offer must speak directly to their pain points and show how upgrading delivers an immediate payoff.

Scope of work
1. Map the conversion journey: audit our existing sign-up flow, identify friction, and decide exactly where WhatsApp touchpoints will make the biggest impact.
2. Craft the sales narrative: concise copy and compelling CTAs that feel helpful rather than pushy, formatted for WhatsApp’s short-form style.
3. Build and automate: set up WhatsApp Business API (or approved third-party tool) with contact segmentation, trigger messages, and tracking links feeding into our CRM.
4. Launch a pilot: run A/B tests on message timing, offer structure, and length of free-trial window, iterating quickly on performance data.
5. Handover: provide campaign assets, funnel diagram, KPI dashboard template, and a playbook my team can replicate for future cohorts.

Acceptance criteria
• 10-day pilot produces statistically valid uplift in trial-to-paid conversion (baseline data available).
• All assets delivered in editable format (Google Docs + CSV contact flows).
• Clear next-step recommendations supported by metrics.
