## Thailand-Based B2B Appointment Setter / Business Development Freelancer

We are looking for a **Thailand-based, Thai-speaking B2B business development professional** for a short-term assignment ahead of our business visit to Thailand in November.

The objective is straightforward: **identify suitable companies in Thailand, reach out to the right decision-makers, introduce the purpose of our visit, and arrange face-to-face meetings for us during our stay.**

### Scope of Work

- Research and shortlist relevant companies in Thailand, particularly in ESG, sustainability, environmental consulting, carbon/climate services, corporate reporting, certification, professional consulting and related sectors.
- Identify founders, CEOs, Managing Directors, Partners or other appropriate decision-makers.
- Contact prospects directly using appropriate channels — phone, LINE, LinkedIn, email or personal/business networks.
- Briefly communicate the purpose and potential value of meeting us.
- Follow up with prospects and generate genuine interest.
- Coordinate schedules and arrange **confirmed face-to-face meetings in Thailand during our November visit**.
- Maintain a simple tracker showing companies contacted, contact persons, responses, follow-ups and confirmed meetings.

### Who We Are Looking For

- Based in Thailand.
- Native/fluent Thai with good English communication skills.
- Strong B2B communication and appointment-setting ability.
- Comfortable calling and directly approaching senior decision-makers.
- Experience in business development, professional services, consulting, sustainability, ESG, environmental services or B2B technology would be valuable.
- Existing corporate networks in Thailand would be a major advantage.
- We prefer someone who can **personally communicate and build interest**, rather than simply provide a database or send bulk automated emails.

### Assignment

This is initially a **short-term project leading up to our November visit**.

We are open to a combination of a fixed project fee and a performance-based payment for each qualified meeting successfully arranged and attended.
