Zoho & Gemini Tax Accountant

I manage the bookkeeping and statutory compliance for several small businesses, shops and independent professionals and now want to delegate the day-to-day accounting cycle to an experienced hand. You will work directly in my Zoho Books / Zoho Payroll workspace (full access is granted) and will use Google Gemini to streamline reconciliations or data extraction.

Your core responsibilities revolve around three recurring deliverables:
• GST returns and bookkeeping – monthly input/output reconciliation and GSTR-1, GSTR-3B filing.
• TDS returns and payroll records – quarterly 26Q/24Q preparation, payroll journal posting and Form 16 generation.
• Income tax returns and final accounts – year-end financial statements followed by ITR filing for each client.

Most of my clients are micro-enterprises or solo professionals, so accuracy and clear explanations are essential. The work is fully remote; I provide the login credentials, prior-period trial balances and any supporting documents. All filings must be completed before statutory deadlines, with working papers maintained inside Zoho for quick reference.
