I’m moving the Meru Tower project into its next phase and now need professional exterior design drawings. My priority is a full set of outside views and building elevations that capture a classic stone-or-concrete character rather than the glass-and-metal look you see in many recent high-rises.

You will be working from the outline massing and basic dimensions I already have; what I’m missing are clean, presentation-ready elevations (front, rear, and both sides) that clearly show facade articulation, material texture, window rhythm, parapet treatments, and any decorative stone elements that will define the tower’s identity. Please prepare the sheets at 1:100 (or similar) in both PDF and editable CAD formats so they slot straight into the wider construction documentation package.

I’ll review halfway through to confirm proportions and detailing, then we’ll finalise line weights, annotations, and title blocks. If you’re comfortable blending traditional stone language with efficient contemporary detailing—and can turn around precise drawings without endless redlines—let’s get started.
