Key Areas to Cover:
- Prevalence of drug interactions (Saudi Arabia)
- Clinical consequences of drug-drug interactions, including:
major effects like bleeding, cardiovascular issues, arrhythmias, CNS organ toxicity.
- Explain pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic mechanisms
( ADME & Drug-food interaction)
-Identify clinically significant drug–drug and drug–food interactions involving commonly implicated medications
- Drug interaction categories A,B,C,D,X
