CostX Measurement Assignment (Take-Off Sheet & Workbook)

I have a set of drawings and specifications ready and I need a complete cost estimate / bill of quantities produced in CostX as soon as possible. The task is straightforward: open the drawings in CostX, take-off every relevant quantity, build the rate library where required, and generate the formatted BOQ ready for issue.

Because the turnaround is urgent, accuracy and a clean, clearly referenced worksheet structure are essential. All measurement sheets must link back to the marked-up drawings, and the final report has to follow the standard CostX template so it can be imported directly into our internal system without further editing.

Deliverables
• The native CostX file with all measurements, rate build-ups and workbooks intact
• A PDF and Excel export of the final bill of quantities, grouped and subtotalled by trade

Acceptance criteria
• Quantities reconcile with the scaled drawings and spot-check within ±2 % tolerance
• BOQ headings and item codes match the drawing legend and specification notes
• All worksheets, libraries and reports open error-free in CostX version 7 or above

I will supply the drawings and any existing rate data immediately after award so the work can begin right away.
