I have an existing resume that served me well earlier in my career, but it now needs a complete visual and narrative overhaul so it speaks directly to boards and search firms filling CEO, president, and other general-management seats.

The finished document must project a traditional, polished aesthetic—think understated typography, balanced white space, and a clear executive summary above the fold. Content-wise, every line should steer attention toward hard numbers and outcomes that prove I deliver revenue growth and measurable business results. Please reorganize, tighten, and where helpful rewrite the bullet points so the strongest metrics surface immediately.

I will supply the current resume in Word. In return I need:
• A redesigned, print-ready PDF plus an editable Word file
• Two revision passes to finesse language or layout after initial delivery
