15 Foot Pond Connection Ditch

I need a clean, evenly graded ditch cut between two ponds on my property so water can move freely at all times. The run is about 15 feet long, 2 feet deep, and only passes through grass and ordinary soil—no rock. Access is open enough for a mini-excavator, but hand work at the edges is fine if you prefer.

The key is a consistent slope from the first pond to the second so flow never stops. I will handle any pipe, liner, or finishing touches afterward; I just need the earth removed and placed neatly to the side for later landscaping.
