Trimmed macOS Task Recordings

I’m assembling a dataset of real-world macOS workflows and need clean, focused screen recordings to feed into an AI research pipeline.

Here’s what I’m after: you’ll record yourself completing a series of typical macOS tasks—anything from composing an email to manipulating a spreadsheet or compiling code—whatever you’re naturally productive at. What matters most is that every video clearly displays on-screen mouse clicks and keystrokes so the research team can track exact user input.

Each clip must be edited to remove dead time, re-tries, and slips; the final result should play straight through from task start to finish with no long pauses. Feel free to use QuickTime, OBS, ScreenFlow, or any other capture tool you’re comfortable with, as long as the export is in a standard format (MP4 or MOV, 1080p minimum).

Deliverables
• A set of trimmed recordings (individual files per task) with visible mouse-click and keyboard overlays
• A short filename that states the task performed (e.g., “[login to view URL]”)
