I'm looking for a developer to build an automated job scraper that collects software engineering and AI-related job openings directly from companies' official career websites across the United States.

The goal is to discover new job postings as early as possible, consolidate them into a structured database, and provide accurate job details with direct links to the original application pages.

Requirements

Scrape jobs directly from official company career portals, not just LinkedIn, Indeed, or other job boards.

Support multiple career systems, including Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, SmartRecruiters, iCIMS, and custom company career websites where feasible.

Prioritize major US tech companies such as Google, Amazon, Meta, Microsoft, Apple, NVIDIA, OpenAI, and well-funded startups.

Collect US-based jobs only, including US remote positions.

Capture job title, company, location, work arrangement, description, salary when available, original posting date when available, first-discovered timestamp, and direct application URL.

Automatically run on a schedule and detect newly posted, duplicate, updated, and expired listings.


Leave unavailable information blank rather than inventing or incorrectly inferring it.

Use permitted APIs, feeds, and compliant scraping methods.
