PDF Form Data Transcription

I have a collection of PDF files that contain completed forms. Each form has multiple fields—names, dates, numerical values, check-boxes, short text answers—and I need every entry transferred accurately into a clean, editable document. Copy-and-paste will not work because the PDFs are locked; the information must be re-typed manually with great attention to spelling, spacing and line order so the finished file mirrors the original layout.

Please return the data in either Microsoft Word or Google Docs (whichever you prefer) and keep each form on its own page so I can cross-check quickly. Accuracy is more important than speed: the final document must reproduce every field exactly as it appears on the source PDF, including blank fields.

Acceptance criteria
• 100 % of form fields transcribed
• Entries appear in the same sequence as the original PDF
• No spelling or numerical errors when spot-checked against the source
• File delivered in an editable format (DOCX or Google Doc link)
