GST Billing App & Panels

I need a GST-compliant billing solution delivered as a ready-to-install Android APK, supported by a user panel and an admin panel.

Core flow
The app must let a user create a GST invoice in seconds and instantly turn it into a shareable / printable PDF. Each invoice has to show customer details, a complete item list and a clear GST breakup exactly as required by Indian tax rules.

User panel
Inside the panel the user should be able to view every invoice generated, download its PDF and re-share or print it whenever needed. Please build the schema so we can plug in customer or product management later without refactoring.

Admin panel
I need full control to add, suspend or edit user accounts and to view an audit log of invoices. A simple dashboard showing total GST collected by user and date range filters would be appreciated.

Tech & hand-over
Use the stack you are most productive with—Android Studio (Java/Kotlin) or Flutter for the mobile side, PHP/Laravel, Node, or Django for the backend—just keep the code clean and well commented. Deploy the panels on a standard Linux VPS. At completion hand over:
1. Production-ready APK
2. Source code for app, backend and panels
3. Database dump / migrations
4. A concise setup guide

Acceptance
I will create sample invoices and verify that the PDF contains correct customer data, item rows and GST breakup, and that sharing / printing works flawlessly. Payment is released once the APK installs smoothly and both panels run bug-free in Chrome.
