Charleston Hair Beauty Booking App Development

• Build a booking marketplace app for Charleston hair and beauty stylists (iPhone, Android and web)

I'm launching Charleston Hair Beauty, a local booking app where clients find, book and pay hair stylists, braiders, barbers and loctitians in the Charleston, SC area. Think StyleSeat, focused on one city and on Black hair care.

I have a 12-page build spec and a working clickable prototype of every screen, so the design and features are already worked out. You'd be building the real app:

- Client app: search with hair-type and distance filters, stylist profiles, booking with deposits, payments, messaging, reviews with photos, client accounts
- Stylist app: schedule, services and hours editor, checkout with tips, payouts
- Admin web dashboard: stylist approvals, disputes, fee settings
- Backend with payments through a marketplace processor such as Stripe Connect, plus text-message sign-in and reminders

In your proposal, please include:
1. Price and timeline for Version 1 (defined in the spec), with Phase 2 features priced separately
2. What you'd build it with and why
3. Estimated monthly running costs (hosting, texts, maps, payment fees)
4. Two examples of marketplace or booking apps you've shipped
5. Confirmation that all code and accounts belong to my business
6. A milestone payment plan tied to working features

I'll share the spec and prototype with shortlisted applicants.
