Project Overview

We have already developed the Konverse web portal, a WhatsApp CRM platform that helps businesses manage customer conversations, contacts and broadcasts.

We are looking for an experienced mobile app developer to build a lightweight, functional Android MVP that integrates with our existing web platform and backend.

Budget: ₹10,000–₹20,000 (fixed price)

We want to start with a limited set of features and expand the app gradually as the business grows.

Scope of Work

1. Login and Authentication

- Secure login using our existing authentication system or API.
- Maintain user sessions securely.
- Ensure users can access only their authorized workspace and data.

2. Chat / Inbox

- Display existing WhatsApp conversations.
- View chat history and customer details.
- Send and receive text messages.
- Display supported media and attachments.
- Support real-time updates or reliable message refresh.
- Show message status where supported by the backend.

3. Contacts

- View existing contacts.
- Search contacts by name or phone number.
- Open contact profiles and associated conversations.
- Add and edit contacts using existing backend functionality.

4. Broadcast

- View existing broadcast campaigns.
- Create a broadcast campaign.
- Select contacts or existing contact groups.
- Compose and send supported WhatsApp template messages.
- Display basic campaign delivery results, where available.

5. UI/UX

- Clean, modern mobile-first interface consistent with the existing Konverse branding.
- Simple bottom navigation for Inbox, Contacts and Broadcast.
- Loading indicators, empty states, error handling and retry functionality.

Technical Requirements

- Prefer Flutter or React Native, subject to compatibility with our existing backend.
- Reuse our existing APIs and business logic wherever possible.
- Do not rebuild the backend or web portal from scratch.
- Use secure API authentication and proper error handling.
- The app must communicate with the existing Konverse platform.

Deliverables

1. Working Android APK for testing.
2. Complete source code and project files.
3. Integration with the existing backend and APIs.
4. Testing of all agreed features.
5. Bug fixes for issues found during acceptance testing.
6. Setup/build instructions and handover documentation.
7. Assistance with the initial Android release process, if included in the agreed scope.

Important Conditions

- The app must be functional, not just a UI prototype.
- All agreed features must work with our existing backend.
- Source code and intellectual property must be handed over upon payment as agreed.
- Any third-party subscriptions, API charges or store fees must be disclosed separately.
- The developer must confirm the feasibility of the scope after reviewing our existing API documentation.
