Instagram Facebook Content & Ads VA

I need an organised virtual assistant who can run the full content-to-conversion cycle on Instagram and Facebook.
Your day-to-day will be split between two equally important areas.

First, content creation: you will plan a simple calendar, design thumb-stopping carousels, cut short reels and schedule stories that match the brand tone. I expect you to handle the whole workflow—from ideation, copywriting and graphic layout (Canva, Adobe, or similar) through to scheduling inside Meta Business Suite—so I only step in for quick approvals.

Second, paid campaigns: you will set up, monitor and continuously optimise both Meta Ads and Google Ads with one clear KPI in mind—more enquiries and direct sales. This includes building the audiences, writing the ad copy, choosing placements, tracking performance in Ads Manager and Google Analytics and reporting the results back to me in plain English.

Deliverables I will look for each week:
• A ready-to-publish batch of Instagram/Facebook carousels, reels and story assets.
• Live ad campaigns on Meta and Google, adjusted according to data.
• A brief performance summary with next steps.
