**Responsibilities**

- Develop content ideas and a monthly content calendar.
- Create content that follows our brand identity and appeals to our target audience.
- Handle photography and filming if included in your proposal, or edit footage and images supplied by us.
- Edit videos with suitable music, captions, subtitles and clear calls to action.
- Write platform-appropriate captions and suggest relevant hashtags.
- Adapt content to each platform’s format and audience.
- Submit content for approval before final delivery or publishing.

- Content calendar and captions.
- Final files ready to publish, including vertical video and suitable feed formats.
- Editable design files and video project files.
- Turnaround time and number of revision rounds.

Please clearly distinguish original content pieces from versions adapted for multiple platforms.

**Ideal Freelancer**

- Experience creating content for restaurants, cafés or hospitality brands.
- A strong portfolio covering food photography, graphic design and short-form video.
- Understanding of Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
- Ability to meet deadlines and maintain consistent quality.
- Access to suitable equipment if offering on-site production.

**Please Include in Your Proposal**

2. Your recommended monthly content mix.
3. Your price, with a breakdown for content creation, on-site shoots and any optional services.
4. Your location and availability for restaurant visits.
5. Your production process, delivery timeline and revision policy.
6. Whether scheduling, publishing, community management and performance reporting are included or priced separately.

**Usage Rights**

All final content must be cleared for commercial use across our social media channels, including any music, fonts and stock assets. Please disclose licensing restrictions. Ownership of approved custom content and delivery of editable files should be included in your proposal.

**Project Duration & Budget**

We are interested in an initial paid trial, with the possibility of ongoing monthly collaboration. Please submit your recommended package and quote.
