Social Media Growth Campaign

My priority is to expand our brand’s reach and recognition, so I need consistent, strategic management across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X. The goal is clear: grow an active following and strengthen awareness, not just populate feeds.

Content direction
Our audience responds best to three pillars—short videos and reels that capture attention quickly, educational tips and industry insights that position us as experts, and occasional promotional posts that spotlight products and services without feeling pushy. I’ll provide the raw product information and broader messaging; you shape it into visually compelling, on-brand stories that fit each platform.

Workflow I envision
• A monthly content calendar outlining themes, formats, and posting cadence
• Creative production or curation of the assets (video editing, copy, basic graphics)
• Scheduling and daily posting using your preferred tool—Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, or native apps are all fine
• Active community management: responding to comments, encouraging conversation, and flagging anything I should handle directly
• Tracking key metrics—follower growth, reach, impressions, and engagement rate—and sending me a concise report every month so we can refine the strategy

Acceptance criteria
A noticeable upward trend in follower count and engagement within the first three months, reflected in the monthly reports, will confirm we’re on the right path. Posts should adhere to brand voice guidelines I’ll share, meet agreed-upon deadlines, and respect platform best practices.

If you know how to translate brand story into platform-native content and can back it up with clear analytics, let’s get started.
