Residential Second-Storey CAD Drafting

I have an 80 m² second-storey addition planned for an existing double-brick home in Western Australia, and the structural engineer has already issued fully marked-up PDFs for every element. Your job is to turn those sketches into a polished, council-ready CAD package.

Scope
The commission covers a complete drawing set—plans, sections, elevations, plus all steel, timber, footing and connection details—nothing omitted. All structural design and calculations have been handled; this is only drafting.

Software & Standards
Please work in AutoCAD (or a fully compatible platform) and follow Australian residential structural drafting conventions for line weights, hatching, call-outs and title blocks. Clean layering, consistent dimensioning and clear cross-referencing between sheets are essential.

Deliverables
• Editable DWG files for every sheet
• Final PDF set suitable for building approval

Timeline
I need the full package returned within 6 weeks of engagement, with interim PDFs for review as we progress.
