Maryland Office Suite Marketing Campaign - Proven Results ASAP

I am property manager assisting a well-maintained commercial building in Maryland with several turnkey suites ready for immediate occupancy, and I want to fill them with the right tenants—specifically doctors, therapists, and wellness professionals who will appreciate how easy our location is for their patients and clients. To make that happen, I’m looking for a results-oriented marketing push that surfaces our key advantage (convenient access and plenty of parking) and drives prospects straight to a “Schedule a Tour” call to action.

You’ll craft and execute a tightly focused campaign that may include local search ads, social media promotion, and direct email or phone outreach—whatever mix you believe will put us in front of those healthcare and wellness decision-makers fastest. Please build the message around use-ready offices, HIPAA-friendly privacy, and the time savings their clientele will enjoy by choosing a centrally located suite.

Deliverables I need from you:
• An actionable marketing plan outlining channels, timeline, and KPIs * We need the fastest prospect targeting timeline to begin ASAP.
• Compelling ad copy and creative assets (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, or similar)
• A concise landing-page or brochure draft with a clear tour-booking CTA
• Tracking setup and brief performance report after launch

I already have the marketing flyers (3 qty.). What I need from you is the expertise to translate those features into booked tours and signed leases. If you’ve successfully marketed medical or professional office space before, I’m eager to hear your approach and estimated turnaround.

Note: This is a private task for my client. Please do not use this project to market out or in your portfolio reference. Thanks
