Personal Veeva Vault Configuration Training

I work in pharma validation and already understand Veeva Vault from the testing and compliance side, but now I want to get truly hands-on with configuration. I’m looking for an experienced Vault consultant to run live, one-on-one sessions with me (screen-share style) so I can practice in real time and apply what I learn straight away.

You’ll guide me through the full administrator tool-set, with a special emphasis on lifecycles and workflows, since that’s the area I most need to master. If you also know Vault Safety, all the better—I’d love to cover that once the core pieces are solid.

Key topics I’d like us to work through:
• Admin console fundamentals and object model (objects, fields, page layouts)
• Lifecycles and workflows—building, testing, and deploying them
• Security: roles, profiles, permission sets, document types, templates
• Reports, dashboards, and the mechanics of moving configuration with VPKs between sandbox and production
• Optional: Vault Safety configuration nuances

What I need from you in your reply:
• A snapshot of your Veeva Vault project experience (Vault Admin certification is a welcome plus)
• A rough training roadmap—number of sessions, order of topics, hands-on exercises you suggest
• Your hourly or package rate
• Whether you can provide or help arrange sandbox access
• Confirmation you can meet in US Pacific Time windows

By the end of the engagement I should be able to design a complete lifecycle with supporting workflows, migrate it via VPK, and generate the reports that prove it works.
