Fix Google Ads Verification Suspension

My Google Ads account is stuck in the identity-verification loop. Each time I upload my Business Documents Google returns the “Document Verification Failed” notice and instantly suspends the account. I did reach out to Google support, but their response hasn’t fixed the problem.

I’m looking for a specialist who has already navigated this exact scenario—someone who understands the nuances of Google Ads policies, Identity Verification, and the Policy Center, and can pinpoint why my documents are being rejected. You’ll need to:

• Review the account, submitted Business Documents, and any correspondence to isolate the precise compliance gap.
• Advise on the correct document format, naming conventions, and metadata Google expects for successful submission.
• Guide me step-by-step through the official appeal or re-verification workflow (screenshare or written SOP is fine).
• Handle any back-and-forth with Google until the account is fully verified, reactivated, and ready to serve ads.

Acceptance criteria: the account appears in “Eligible” status, campaigns can resume delivery, and no additional policy flags are shown in the dashboard.

Please outline your approach, estimated timeline, and total cost when you reply. A strictly legitimate, policy-compliant path is non-negotiable; no work-arounds that violate Google’s terms. I’m ready to start immediately with the right expert.
