Website Design & Minor Development

I need a small website created from the ground up, and I’m looking for someone who can handle both the visual design and the light development work required to launch it smoothly.

Here’s what I have in mind:
• A clean, modern interface that looks great on desktop and mobile.
• Thoughtful UI/UX decisions—color palette, typography, imagery—all tied together in a cohesive style.
• A working build that turns those mock-ups into code. HTML/CSS/JS is fine, but if a lightweight CMS such as WordPress will speed things up and keep future edits simple, I’m open to that too.

Key tasks
1. Produce design mock-ups in Figma, Sketch, or XD for approval.
2. Convert approved designs into a responsive site.
3. Set up the core pages (home, about, services, contact) and a basic contact form.
4. Deploy to my existing hosting and run cross-browser/device checks.

Deliverables
• Editable design files.
• Live, fully responsive website.
• One-page hand-off guide so I can manage simple updates myself.
