Office Cleaner Insight Partner

I’m building a mobile app tailored to office-cleaning crews in the United States and Canada, and I need first-hand insight to be sure every feature mirrors real-world practice.

My biggest gap is the day-to-day flow of commercial office cleaning—how a shift actually runs, which spaces get priority, how supplies travel from cart to surface, and the little work-arounds that only cleaners know. Your on-the-job knowledge will shape the app’s logic, spot blind spots, and highlight the risks that need safeguards.

Here’s what I’d like from our collaboration:

• Guide me step-by-step through a typical office-cleaning routine, covering task order, timing, supplies, and quality checks.
• Identify common safety hazards, client complaints, or pain points so we can design preventive features.
• Recommend must-have tools—checklists, supply trackers, incident reports, time clocks—that working cleaners will actually use.

Hands-on experience cleaning offices in the US or Canada and clear, direct communication are essential. If you can walk me through the realities of the job, we can turn this app into a tool cleaners will rely on every shift.
