Proofread & Polish Short Documents

I have a steady flow of concise documents that need a professional eye. Each file already has solid content; what I need is a clear, consistent final version that reads smoothly and looks tidy.

Your task is to:

• correct every spelling, grammar, and punctuation error
• smooth out awkward wording without altering the intended meaning
• tighten headings, paragraph breaks, and lists so the structure feels logical
• keep fonts, spacing, and styles uniform across pages
• return two versions of each file—a clean copy and one showing all of your edits (tracked changes in Word or suggestions in Google Docs work well for me)

I’m looking for someone with excellent written English, a sharp attention to detail, and confidence working in Microsoft Word or Google Docs. If you’ve followed a style guide before and can turn work around on time, you’re exactly who I need.
