Long term meta platform management

We are a private speech therapy clinic. We are looking at someone who has experience in helping small company scale up through social media. You're expected to:
- fix meta platforms page so as to build brand image
- create 3-4 post a month, ideas will be shared and discussed with the company
- placing ads on meta
- aim to reach more target audience (will specify as you start) and sell online products (newly launched) and face to face services
We also have Red and are planning on starting 微信營銷 as well, will be a plus point if you can manage that too
