I oversee day-to-day operations in a government agency and need an experienced public-relations professional to step in during sensitive situations. The priority is crisis management: shaping fast, accurate messaging, coordinating with traditional and social media outlets, and briefing senior officials so we maintain public trust when issues break.

You’ll help me put a clear protocol in place, draft holding statements, set up a streamlined approval workflow, and monitor coverage with the usual media-tracking tools. If you can also advise on community engagement or broader administrative comms, that’s a plus, but the immediate deliverable is a crisis-ready PR framework we can activate at a moment’s notice.

I’d like concise weekly check-ins, documented templates I can share internally, and a short after-action report following our first live use of the plan.
