Extract Hindi PDF to Excel

I have a Hindi-language PDF that I need converted into an Excel workbook. All I want is the pure text—no tables, no images—copied exactly as it appears in the source and pasted into a single continuous column (column A) in an .xlsx file.

The job will probably require reliable Hindi OCR; accuracy matters because I plan to search, filter, and translate the content later. Keep everything as plain text with no extra styling or formatting. When you finish, I should be able to open the workbook and scroll straight down to read the entire document from top to bottom in that one column.
