Experienced Female Barista Wanted

I run a busy neighbourhood café that serves speciality coffee alongside a small fast-food and bakery menu. I’m looking for a female barista who can jump straight behind the machine and keep drinks flowing smoothly while maintaining the warm, welcoming atmosphere my regulars expect.

Your main focus will be espresso-based beverages—dialling in the grinder at the start of every shift, steaming milk to proper texture, and presenting consistent latte art. Because most orders also include a sandwich or pastry, confidence working around a simple prep station and bakery display is essential, but the core skill I need is solid barista technique.

Excellent customer service sits at the heart of this role, so you must be comfortable with:
• Face-to-face interaction at the counter
• Accurate order taking and POS processing
• Calm, solution-focused complaint handling when something goes wrong

Shifts are predominantly morning to early afternoon, with occasional weekend cover. If you bring proven barista experience, a friendly attitude, and the ability to multitask during a rush, I’d love to hear how you can help keep my café running at its best.
