Voice Acting for Public Crisis Communication (AI Cloning base)

We are building a Speechbot for communication in terms of crises as a research project (no commercial use, potentially deployed in public service berlin).

We require a voice cloning base in the languages:
German, English, Arabic, Turkish, Polish, Ukrainian and Russian.

We are looking for natural, calm voices that one would be happy to communicate with over phone when needing critical information on their next actions and the current state of their surroundings, no overly acted voices.

Your job would be to send us good quality voice recordings (no background noise/compression, 44,1kHz WAV) of scripts we send you. If you are interested in the job, please send us a sample recording of what you could provide with a freely chosen script.

We have interest in working together for either 30-60s samples, 10minutes, 1 hours, 3 hours. Pay would be calculated hourly for the hourly plans, a fixed rate for those below. The budget range is €50-€1000 per language depending on the cooperation tier.
