Flawless PDF to Word Rebuild

I need my source PDF rebuilt as a fully editable Word document while looking and behaving exactly like the original. The file will be used for ongoing editing and updating, so every element has to convert cleanly—fonts, paragraph styles, tables, images, headers, and footers must all mirror the PDF.
