Residential 3D Architectural Modeling

I need a clean, well-structured 3D model of a residential project built from my CAD plans. The model must translate seamlessly into V-Ray for rendering, so organisation of layers, materials and naming is important. You are free to work in SketchUp or Revit as long as the finished file and an FBX export open without issues.

Scope
• Build the full exterior shell and principal interior spaces exactly to the provided DWG drawings
• Apply basic material placeholders suitable for V-Ray
• Keep geometry lightweight and accurate—walls, openings and roof lines should match plans within 5 mm
• Deliver the native file (SKP or RVT) plus an FBX

I’ll supply all 2D plans, elevations and a simple finish schedule once we start. Expect one review round: draft delivery for comments, then final clean-up. A one-week turnaround is ideal.

To be considered, link to past residential models you created—show at least one raw model view and its V-Ray render so I can gauge detail and workflow quality. No lengthy proposal needed; your previous work will do the talking.
