PT and Online coaching - Social Media Management

Hi! I’m a personal trainer and online coach looking for someone to help me become more consistent with my social media, mainly Instagram.

I currently struggle with posting consistently alongside my other work, so I’m looking for someone who can take the lead on planning, editing and scheduling my content.

I will provide raw videos, photos, workout clips, food/nutrition content and other footage. I’m looking for someone who can turn this into engaging, natural content that still feels like me and doesn’t look overly corporate or generic.

Ideally, I’m looking for:

Around 8–10 posts/Reels per month
Reel/video editing
Strong hooks and text overlays
Captions
Occasional carousels/graphics
Monthly content ideas/planning
Scheduling/posting to Instagram
Repurposing content for TikTok where appropriate

I will continue managing my own Stories, DMs and client enquiries.

Experience creating content for personal trainers, fitness, nutrition, wellness or online coaches would be a big advantage.
