I need to move plain text from a folder of flagged emails into a structured Google Sheet. You will open each message, copy only the sections I note in the instructions, and paste that text into the correct columns of the sheet.

Accuracy is the priority—spelling, punctuation, and line breaks should match the source exactly. There is no fixed deadline, so you can work at a comfortable, consistent pace as long as the final sheet is error-free.

You’ll receive:

• A Google Sheet with clearly labeled columns and an example row
• Step-by-step guidance on what to copy from every email

Deliverable:
• The spreadsheet completely and correctly populated, with all provided emails accounted for and no duplicated or missing content.
