Part-time operations manager, Remote (US), $20-25/hr

I own a small home care services business. I have a disability that limits how much daily work I can do myself, so I’m looking for a reliable operations person to handle scheduling, client communication, and caregiver coordination.
================
Remote but first time is in person. Candidates anywhere in the US are welcome, but I prefer someone in California or the Pacific Time zone. You must be legally authorized to work in the US.
