Final Polish for OpenCart Store

My OpenCart store is approximately 95% built and I’m looking for someone to take it through the final stage and make it fully launch-ready.
I am not looking for a full rebuild. I want someone who can work with the existing OpenCart setup, improve what is already there, and hand back a storefront that feels cohesive, premium, professional and conversion-focused.
