Language Tutor Student Recruitment Specialist -- 2

I am seeking a skilled student recruitment specialist to help find students for my private online English and Russian lessons. I am a qualified language tutor offering individual lessons, with over 25 years of teaching experience and more than 10 years in online instruction. I am Ukrainian, based in Finland, and teach Russian at all levels (A1–C2) as well as English for new students at levels from complete beginner to A2+, helping them progress to higher levels.

The ideal candidate will:
- Identify and target students interested in regular lessons who are willing to purchase lesson packages.
- Utilize various platforms and marketing channels to recruit students internationally (adults only).
- Operate strictly on a commission-based payment structure, earning 50% of the first 8-lesson package purchased by each referred student. Payment is made after the student purchases their package.

No upfront fees, hourly payments, or commissions on subsequent purchases are included in this arrangement. This role offers flexibility while contributing to promoting high-quality online language education.
