Realistic Human Face for Google Meet - Voice Optional

Selection target: Sunday 18 October 2026 evening (Paris time), subject to client approval, with project work ideally starting Monday 19 October 2026. This is a target start date, not a 24-hour delivery requirement. Please confirm whether you can start on Monday and propose a realistic phased delivery schedule. Maximum total budget remains USD 499, including software costs and applicable fees.

Goal: configure a practical real-time face/avatar AND voice transformation workflow for Google Meet on Windows, initially as a feasibility test before a potentially larger project. Existing software setup, OBS/audio integration, remote guided installation, lightweight scripting or a small custom component are all welcome. The output MUST be a realistic HUMAN face suitable for a professional video call. No cartoon, anime/manga, comic/stylized VTuber, animal or object avatars. Acceptable approaches: an original synthetic photorealistic human face, or modification of the client’s own face to materially change recognizable features. The client must personally view and approve the actual visual result; no appearance is pre-approved. A beauty filter alone does not establish non-recognition or biometric privacy, and anonymity must not be guaranteed. Share relevant existing realistic-human examples first, clearly identifying live versus recorded output and your own work versus third-party references. Disclose tracking artifacts, expressions, mouth synchronization, latency and minimum hardware. Do not upload client face/voice data to any service without explicit authorization. Do not impersonate an identifiable real person.

Confirmed hardware: Lenovo laptop, Intel Core i5-10210U, 8 GB RAM, integrated Intel UHD Graphics, 64-bit Windows; OBS Studio already installed, webcam and microphone, Chrome/Edge. Exact Windows version and device models can be checked during assessment. No dedicated GPU should be assumed.

Hardware clarification: the current Lenovo is the baseline for the initial feasibility test, not an absolute limit for the final solution. The client is willing to consider upgrading hardware AFTER jointly validating technical feasibility, the freelancer’s ability and the expected result. Please explain what can be demonstrated now and what CPU/GPU/RAM you would recommend for the final setup, with reasons and indicative hardware costs stated separately. No hardware purchase is authorized; equipment will not be bought before finding a capable provider and validating the approach.

Preferred video path: webcam -> local avatar/face processing -> OBS Virtual Camera -> Google Meet. Preferred audio path: microphone -> local real-time voice processing -> virtual audio device -> Google Meet. Local processing is preferred. If an alternative needs cloud processing or stronger hardware, disclose this clearly with costs and tradeoffs before approval.

A phased proposal is welcome: compatibility assessment and simple proof of concept, followed by complete setup if feasible. Propose the simplest effective option and its limitations. No need to build a new application if existing reliable tools suffice.

Expected final result: both transformed video and intelligible transformed voice together in Meet; saved settings; simple startup/recovery instructions; safe blank/mute fallback; synchronization and restart/reconnection checks; a stable 30-minute call with a second participant. Meet must receive only processed video/audio. State achievable resolution, frame rate and latency honestly rather than guaranteeing performance without a hardware check.

Please include: exact proposed tools and local/cloud architecture; relevant experience or existing examples where available (a newly built unpaid custom demo is not required to apply); actual fixed all-in price and any proposed phases; software licenses, account needs and recurring costs; earliest start, timezone and realistic delivery duration. If new to this exact workflow, say so. Demo or validation arrangements can be agreed during screening.

No hiring, paid assessment, milestone funding, purchase, add-on or subscription is approved automatically. Client approval is required before any commitment or expense.
