Petrochemical Piping 3D Model

I need a full 3D model of the piping network for a petrochemical facility built in AutoCAD Plant 3D, AVEVA PDMS, or SP3D—whichever platform you handle best. The model has to be accurate enough for downstream stress analysis and material take-off, so nozzle orientations, line classes, elevations, and support locations must match the P&IDs and equipment list I will provide.

Once the model is complete, I also require piping layout drawings extracted from it. These 2D layouts should show plan, elevation, and key section views, carry clear dimensions and line numbers, and be delivered in both native drawing format and PDF.

Scope of work
• Build the clash-free 3D plant model, including major equipment and reference steel.
• Generate piping layout drawings that reflect the model within ±1 mm tolerance.

Acceptance criteria
• Native model file opens without errors in the chosen platform’s viewer.
• All components follow the specified line classes and specs I supply.
• Finished layouts are neat, legible, and ready for client issue.
