Automated Shopify Email & WhatsApp Flows

I run a Shopify store and want to replace my one-off campaigns with a fully automated customer-lifecycle engine. Using Shopify Flow (or Klaviyo, Omnisend, etc. if they integrate better), I need you to design, build, and test a set of flows that:

• Win back churned customers after defined periods of inactivity
• Recover abandoned carts with a timed series of nudges
• Inform shoppers when a previously sold-out product is back in stock
• Push targeted discount or promotion announcements
• Highlight brand-new arrivals to the most relevant segments
• Remind customers about items they purchased before when it’s time to replenish

Everything must fire through both Email and WhatsApp, with dynamic content that pulls live product data, personalised recommendations, and clear calls to action. Segmentation, conditional branching, A/B splits, and proper tagging should be standard so I can track performance down to each step.

Deliverables
1. Flow architecture diagram showing triggers, delays, and messages
2. Copy and basic creative (I’ll supply brand assets) loaded into each step
3. Integration of WhatsApp via approved provider and opt-in capture setup
4. QA in a staging environment plus one live test per flow
5. Handover document detailing how to adjust timing, content, and segments

Acceptance criteria: flows are live, events trigger correctly, messages reach the right segment, key metrics (open, click, conversion) are logging inside Shopify analytics or the chosen ESP, and I can pause or edit any step without code.
