Human Retype & Amazon Formatting

I have a 125-page manuscript that was originally generated by AI. Before I publish it on Amazon, I want every single word retyped manually so I know a human eye has verified the text. Once the fresh copy is complete, it needs to be laid out as a 5" × 7" ebook, finished and fully compliant with Amazon KDP specifications.

Here is exactly what I’m after:
• A clean, error-free retype of the entire manuscript in a Word file, line-for-line with the original.
• Professional, uncluttered interior design that suits a 5" × 7" trim size, using a classic serif font such as Times New Roman.
• Proper front-matter and back-matter placement, chapter headings, page breaks, and linked table of contents.
• Final delivery in both editable Word (or Google Docs) and a ready-to-upload KDP package (PDF or EPUB, your recommendation based on best practice).

If you have experience preparing books for Amazon KDP and can guarantee careful, human retyping plus polished formatting, I’d like to work with you.
