Long-Term Digital Marketing and Social Media Manager (German Language)

We are Accaoui Bildung GmbH, an AZAV-certified training provider based in Berlin, Germany. We are seeking an experienced and reliable freelancer for a long-term collaboration to independently manage our entire online marketing and lead generation process.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Create, publish, manage, and regularly optimize professional advertisements and listings across the following platforms:
- Google Ads
- Facebook
- Instagram
- LinkedIn
- Indeed
- TikTok
- eBay Kleinanzeigen (Kleinanzeigen)
- Kijiji (where relevant and available)

The focus will be on prioritizing platforms most effective for attracting students in Berlin.

2. Take full responsibility for managing all incoming customer inquiries generated through marketing channels:
- Respond promptly and professionally to all messages in German.
- Manage inquiries from social media, advertising platforms, email, and other agreed communication channels.
- Answer questions about our courses and training programs.
- Follow up with potential students to qualify leads and arrange consultation appointments.
- Collect and organize contact information while ensuring no inquiries are overlooked.
- Forward complex or sensitive questions to our internal team when necessary.

3. Set up, configure, maintain, and optimize an AI-powered communication system:
- Automate responses to customer inquiries in professional German.
- Follow up with leads automatically.
- Assist with appointment scheduling using AI tools.

4. Manage social media presence by creating professional German-language content tailored to our audience.

5. Provide regular performance reports detailing advertising costs, leads generated, qualified appointments, and course registrations.

6. Applicants must provide a brief explanation of their proposed working process:
- What they would publish on each platform.
- How frequently they would post advertisements.
- Their strategy for managing incoming inquiries.

We are particularly interested in strategies for LinkedIn, Indeed, and Kleinanzeigen as these platforms have already performed well for us.

7. Submit 2–3 sample advertisements written in German to evaluate their understanding of our business and the quality of their work.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in creating effective advertising campaigns across multiple platforms listed above.
- Expertise in setting up and managing AI-powered lead management systems is mandatory.
- Ability to deliver professional, natural, grammatically correct German-language communication (even if not a native speaker).
- Applicants must provide examples of previous successful marketing campaigns (preferably for educational institutions or similar businesses) and AI-powered lead management systems they have implemented.

Budget: €400–€800 per month (fixed), depending on experience and services offered. Any one-time setup costs, advertising budgets, software subscriptions, or additional expenses must be quoted separately.

Trial Period: We prefer to begin with a one-month trial period before committing to a long-term collaboration based on results and quality of service.

We are looking for one reliable freelancer who can independently manage the entire process from advertising campaigns to consultation appointments.
