Commission Telemarketer for NZ Marketing Agency

I run a New Zealand digital marketing agency and I’m ready to scale our client base among small-to-medium businesses. I need someone who is comfortable picking up the phone, cold-calling owners and decision-makers, and locking in qualified discovery calls for me. Every sale that closes from an appointment you set pays you an ongoing commission for the next 12 months, so the better your calls, the longer you keep earning.

Here’s how it works: you receive call lists of businesses you cold-call and secure a time in my calendar, and you note the essentials in the CRM. Once I convert that prospect, you start collecting monthly commission and as long as the client stays onboard you continue to be paid for a full year.

A booked appointment is considered successful when the prospect is the key decision-maker, understands we’re a digital marketing agency, and agrees to a minimum 15-minute Zoom or phone consultation.

Potential to also use email marketing to generate appointments.

Must have: clear, fluent English; previous proven experience; and be prepared to call in New Zealand business hours. Digital marketing knowledge or experience is a bonus.

Tools on my side include Go High Level, and I’ll share access so you can drop meetings straight in. Preferred that you already use a dialler or VoIP setup.

There’s no base salary; this is 100 % performance-driven. If you enjoy the thrill of cold calling and want an income stream that keeps rewarding you long after the call ends, let’s talk. Monthly retainers range from NZ$ 600 -$3000. 7.5% commission monthly x 12 months.
