I have a set of legal documents—well over fifty pages—that were drafted in Microsoft Word. Before I archive them as PDFs, I need a meticulous eye on every line for grammar and spelling issues. Once the text is clean, the files must be converted to PDF without altering pagination, headers, footers, or any embedded references already in place.

Here is what I need from you:

• Thorough grammar and spelling passes across the entire document set, with changes shown in Track Changes so I can review every edit.
• A clean, final Word version reflecting accepted corrections.
• High-resolution PDFs for each document, matching the Word layout exactly.

Confidentiality is critical because these are legal files. A strong command of English proofreading conventions and absolute attention to detail are non-negotiable. If you have handled lengthy legal reports before, let me know—speed is welcome, but accuracy wins.

I will supply the Word files immediately after awarding the project and expect the corrected Word files and matching PDFs returned by the agreed deadline.
