Experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant – European Markets (Remote)

We are centr-link, a UK-based international recruitment business specialising in IT, Telecommunications and Data Centre infrastructure across Europe.

We are looking for an experienced, commercially driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to support our continued expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and win new clients across European markets.
* Generate vacancies and contract recruitment opportunities.
* Build relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers.
* Source, qualify and place suitable candidates.
* Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, from business development through to placement.
* Develop long-term client relationships and recurring contractor revenue.

Ideal Candidate:

* Proven experience in 360 recruitment and business development.
* Strong track record of winning new clients and generating fees.
* Experience in IT, Engineering, Telecoms or Data Centre recruitment.
* Knowledge of European recruitment markets is advantageous.
* Confident in cold calling, lead generation and client acquisition.
* Self-motivated, commercially focused and capable of working independently.
