I need a reliable pair of hands to enter my financial records into QuickBooks Online (or a similar cloud platform) every single day. By 9 a.m. EST I upload the previous day’s receipts, bank feeds, and credit-card statements; your task is to post each transaction, code it to the right chart-of-accounts category, attach the source document, and flag anything that looks unusual.

Because this work happens daily, consistency and total accuracy are non-negotiable. I’ll also count on you to reconcile the running balances and send me a brief end-of-day summary so I can spot cash-flow trends at a glance. If you’re comfortable expanding later into invoice management or payroll, great—there’s room to grow—but for now the core focus is timely data entry and clean books.

Proficiency with QuickBooks Online, Excel or Google Sheets, and a solid grasp of basic accounting principles are essential. Familiarity with bank rules, automatic feeds, and receipt-capture apps will make the workflow smoother.
