Hindi ERPNext Implementation Consultant

I’m rolling out ERPNext across my business to tighten day-to-day operations and I need an individual consultant who can guide the entire process in fluent Hindi. The chief objective is sharper operational efficiency, and the very first milestone is a rock-solid inventory setup.

Scope of work
• Configure the Inventory module end-to-end, enabling:
– Automated stock tracking that updates quantities in real time
– Seamless barcode scanning integration for receipts, dispatches, and stock moves
• Map our existing workflows and migrate current stock data without disruption
• Optimise item masters, warehouses, and re-order rules so everything stays visible and accurate
• Train my core team—sessions and materials must be in Hindi—covering daily tasks, basic troubleshooting, and best practices
• Provide post-go-live support long enough for us to feel fully confident on our own

Acceptance criteria
1. After scanning any item’s barcode, ERPNext reflects the correct stock level instantly.
2. Stock valuation and movement reports match our physical counts within agreed tolerance.
3. At least two staff members can demonstrate all key inventory tasks unaided.

If you’ve completed similar ERPNext inventories, especially on the Frappe framework, and you can explain concepts clearly in Hindi, I’d like to hear how you’d tackle this rollout and your estimated timeline.
