My Wyoming-formed company is ready to operate in Washington, and I need the foreign registration filed with the Washington Secretary of State. All core documents are already in hand—including the UBI number, EIN, a current Wyoming Certificate of Good Standing, and the completed Washington Foreign Registration form—so this job is strictly about lodging the paperwork correctly and getting it approved.

What I expect from you:
• Verify the forms are filled out exactly to Washington’s standards and add any required cover sheets.
• Submit the filing (online preferred, but mail is fine if that is faster for approval).
• Monitor status, address any immediate SOS feedback, and forward the stamped Certificate of Authority once it is issued.
