Word Tables Database Entry

I have a batch of short Word documents—each no more than five pages—that contain structured information laid out as tables and bulleted or numbered lists. Your task is to take every row, column, and list item from those files and enter them directly into my database interface, keeping the original order and hierarchy intact.

Accuracy matters more than speed, but I’d like the work completed promptly once you accept the files. Make sure:

• Every cell from each table is captured without merging or splitting data.
• List items remain in the correct sequence; sub-lists keep their nesting level.
• No formatting marks, extra returns, or stray spaces slip into the database fields.

You’ll be working with Word (any recent version is fine) and the online data-entry form I provide; if you prefer to stage the content in Excel first, that’s perfectly acceptable as long as the final submission lands in the database.

When finished, let me know the total record count and highlight any sections that weren’t clear in the source docs so I can verify them quickly.
